We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!
For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to The IBC Network Foundation.
My mom was diagnosed at stage three and even through valiant efforts from her doctors, she passed right after my high school graduation. She never got to meet her grandson who was born just a few months later, or see my sister and grow into adults. Throughout everything she tried to keep our spirits high and comfort us, even at her worst she would make jokes to make us feel better. She was Wonder Woman who managed to help anyone who needed it with love and support. Her hugs could magically make any situation feel less suffocating. I was graced with a sister who took over as a maternal support figure, even with a newborn baby. My father was and is always there for me with through anything so I’ve always had support. I know most people aren’t as blessed as me. This disease is so aggressive and devastating. My mom only survived nine months from her diagnosis and went through multiple surfers and aggressive treatment to no avail. Nobody should have to go through that pain: whether being the patient or the loved one of a patient. I beg you to please consider donating so other people won’t experience such tragedy.
